It's saying something about arguments and when I looked up what that meant I got even more confused.

Hmmmmmmmm

You could try doing it the long way:
http://www.livejournal.com/manage/moodthemes.bml
Just Name the moodtheme, and then you have to go in and add the urls to each one at a time. It should be less confusing, but it'll take longer.
