go go go

I'm basically failing about keeping this thing updated... so I am going to try! harder. The past few weeks have been ridiculously stressful and busy, but I'm currently in the eye of the storm. I'm thinking that after Kate's wedding my life should return to it's normal lethargic pace. No more planning of bachelorette parties or bridal showers, a ( Read more... )

we all know that kate posesses the incredible ability to over-analyze anything.... but sometimes I seriously think you can out-do me. think of our genes. if I EVER have a child, we will know for sure that you are not infertile. additionally, please no babies until 1) we are out of college, 2) we are married, 3) mike is home, because I really dont want to have to have babies together with you until these things are accomplished. (and when I say have babies with you, I mean at the same approximate time.)

also if it helps, the bridal shower is just this weekend, and then you have a weekend off before the actual wedding!!! Hooray for you! (And talk to me, I have approximate pricing for most of these wedding things like djs and cakes and stuff.)

AHH I forgot the cake!!

Yeah I am totally not planning on having kids until I've been married for at least a year or so, and whereas we are doing our best to not get married until Mike is already back, I think we are all set for your criteria. Unless you really screw something up and don't graduate in the next two years. Oooh unless you meant wait until you are done with grad schooling too, in which case you and your unborn children may be left in the dust.

And I really don't think that you having a kid proves that I am fertile. I mean, you are right, judging from genetics it would appear that I have a good chance of one day having healthy kids, but flukes do happen in this world. Sigh. I can't wait to see you on Friday and carve some pumpkins.

see but this is the thing... a fluke is a FLUKE. It is UNLIKELY to happen. It doesn't mean it can't, but it means that there's a 99% chance you WILL be able to have babies. And you still have a complete cervix, so if I can have babies you totally can. (p.s., why are we worried that you're infertile?)

(and btw, if you truly think i'm headed to grad school anytime soon, well... HA. my unborn children are laughing at that.)

You guys are weird. I think you'll both have kids and they'll have a lot of fun being cousins - look at you guys and my kids!
I did a lot of Sara's wedding myself, so it didn't cost anything near $12,000.
David's Bridal - Christianna's dress was $349.
