(no subject)
u~u today I spent about $300. UGH UGH. It sucks - I hate money. It's so easily depleted. Everything costs so much.
I went to go see Hero again today. I am still convinced that Flying Snow is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen.
I desperately want to make the orange dress from the roof-top protect the calligraphy school from "storm" scene. It's so beautiful. And it is strange, because while most of the movie goes in slow motion to depict the insane detail -- that one part went fast! Darnit. I tried to keep my eyes on it and focus how she was doing it, but it was still magically serene and graceful. I am defenetely buying it when it's released.
I think I'm going to sketch a lot from now on. Flying Snow & her hair are just.. oh man. I love it. EEEK.
I also picked up a new thing from the ending. Nameless was actually happy to have not killed the king - because he said " Remember, that what a warrior wishes most is to drop his sword." Which was what depicted by Broken Sword's calligraphy & discovered by the king with the conclusion that when the sword disappears, all there is - is peace. ;o; That made his death so sad. Cos he discovered peace, but was killed for the cause of uniting the land. Ooof. Ultimate sacrifice!!
I love Flying Snow! Blah hahaha. I'll make the red dress too. Mmm mmm. I want to let my hair grow out that long o: but at the same time, I don't. It'll be cool if I can keep it up. It'll probably take 5 years.
Oh, one more thing. I want that simplicity. The bare essentials - that while it may seem empty to us, there lies so much peace and comfort in having so little - that so little becomes a lot.
So, yeah. That's my other two cents. & I got the sountrack, darnit.
I had another slump about "me" today. I gotta give it up slowly - this self-loathing. It does nothing. I'm stressed. But aw, heck, alas, I have no more time to sit around and mope. I move in on Wednesday. Weeeeep.
