I burst into tears when the old console room showed up and didn't stop until the episode was over.
That was my show. That was the Doctor.
All that talk about being alive? "Hello?"
That was what Doctor Who is about.
And Rory was the pretty one! Bunk beds! Wishing really hard! "Delight" was the wedding! Sexy! (This whole episode basically proved that fandom is always right. Except, you know, when it's not, but that isn't the point.)
So many gorgeous moments, so many funny moments, so many moments that made me feel something. And the ending? So perfectly, beautifully bittersweet.
I just...I haven't loved an episode like that in a very long time.
Watching it again tomorrow. Maybe I'll have more coherent thoughts then. Maybe I won't like it anymore (doubtful), but I don't even care. Right now, I'm so happy that I loved a new Doctor Who episode.
In the meantime, "It's like kissing, only there's a winner!"
