sorry you're feeling so bad babe. But I just wanted to let you know that you should be happy that you're plt sgt. That's what LET 2's usually get. plt leader is for LET 3's. It does suck that Robert is doing you job for you. You should just ask him to give you a job... tell him that's your position and you need to do YOUR job, and he needs to do HIS! he might get pissed but oh well. he might need to hear it. *hugs* love u!
