writing people up sounds a little bland. next time issue a death threat. it's much more fun.

Best thing to do is FOLLOW UP!! Talk to them-- and just be like that's what my job is-- and make sure they understand-- then inform then that you don't hold it against them-- everyone makes mistakes.. and it's ok...

Stuff like that-- you don't want it odd between you and your residents this early-- so make sure you take this extra step now-- you will be glad you did :)
