So the summer (well i guess it is still spring) has arrived in Santiago and it is crazy hot (89.6 F yesterday!). Thus the entire world is trading in their skinny jeans and parkas for a new cooler look. Here are my favorite summer trends thus far

That's totally rad! Over here, I'm only just beginning to get at a point where I need a hat and mittens (sweater is still optional for short distances, and my PA friends are all "THIS IS SO COLD") but it's only in the mid-forties most days.
