My life is so friggin' stressful! College is freakin' me out. Mom won't let me go out of state unless I have MUCHO scholarships. Here's my list of things I want to get done by spring ( Read more... )

i can be your online coach, dude. i'm here to help!

you should write down a workout, not just plan it out in your head. you then have physical evidence of what to do. i know you have the wieghts, i've seen them. alternate arm and leg workouts each day (ie, monday arm, tuesday leg, wed arm, thurs off, fri arm, sat leg, sun off).

i shoudl get u sean's workout. the boy is BUILT. he has arms, abs, legs, everything...hes like a freakin abercrombie and fitch model. i'll ask him cuz i can only watch him so much at the gym
