Freddy could cook, not many people knew this about him or believed it, but it was a true fact. She made her way to the agreed upon spot still slightly afraid of all of this and willing to accept how crazy it was for her to be doing it, but at the same time how much sense it made. This of course only made it a much scarier proposition.
"You actually found a basket?" She couldn't help but smile. She wasn't sure why she was surprised, but at least it was a pleasant one this time.

It occured to him he had no idea if he should attempt physical contact, usually on a first date you could at least count on a hug at the beginning but with Anita he had no clue if that was pushing too far. Standing a litle awkwardly, he then attempted a slight tough on her shoulder, just to indicate for her to follow him.

Anita wasn't sure what to expect either. Oh she'd dated before of course but it had been so very different, and the last person she'd been physical with on the Island was gone. His touch wasn't bad though. She followed wondering where exactly he had picked out.
