It's obvious here - if we're going to get it out there, we're gonna hafta make sure the ones sending it out are those with the least connections. That way, they don't have leverage!

I've never been good at the whole use of information outside of my own ability to follow my instinct based on what I hear. I guess I could spread it at the least though.
