i was counting calories like EVERY SINGLE CALORIE for a while but now i just know how many or about how many and round off in my head.. i was writing them all down throughout the day and shit but i have it down to how much in is what and stuff.. it works though. you should have an idea so that you don't over do it. also you should know your BMI and how many calories your body needs daily to function properly and what the healthy daily caloric intake is to LOSE weight.
