I honestly know exactly how you feel... how it can take soo long to get over them, and then one day you wake up and realise that they don't effect you anymore. That you can hear their name without feeling sick to the stomach. At the moment I am going through a pretty rough breakup and I actually wish for the day that this happens, but a part of me is really sad at the thought of not having him as an important part of my life. So yeah... just leaving a comment because I really identify with what you're saying :) Hope you don't mind, I've just started a journal and am new at this.

my LJ is friends only. so idk how this entry was set to public and you read it if i dont know you?. anyrate. yea i dont get sick to my stomach anymore... and years of investing intense emotion in someone its gone. i see em now and its like whoa' who are you. where the man i was with? or whose that best friend i met? like they died or something cause they are another person-their style changed or something. the person you met, your emotions are still there but the person you see them as now... you feel dead emotion... lost a few good friends and dealt with a few too many heart breaks this year
