Percy is twenty-two years old, 6'1", skinny as a reed, and, like all Weasleys, has a full head of embarrassingly red hair. He has blue eyes that are basically useless without the wire-rimmed glasses he's never seen without, and he always dresses very nicely, preferring sweaters, button-up shirts, and carefully tailored jeans or slacks to more casual clothes.
Following the war, Percy also has a scar on his right arm from a Dark spell that he managed to dodge. It runs from just above the inside of his elbow to the middle of his bicep, and it's quite jagged and ugly. He's very embarrassed by it and doesn't like to wear t-shirts anymore.
Percy's main personality traits are his drive, his ambition, and his complete respect for rules and authority. An incredibly hard worker, he is willing to put his work and ambition before just about anything, including his family. He tries to be dignified and important-seeming, but much to his annoyance, most people interpret it as pompous or arrogant. Despite his bearing, he is still a young man whose social development was rather stunted by his own drive and his siblings' teasing, so he does have his awkward moments and tends to flush easily when frustrated, angry, or embarrassed. His defenses are a mile high and a foot thick, so any attempt at teasing - or what he interprets as teasing - will usually be met with either cold silence or a sharp, sarcastic retort. His drive comes from a deep-seated feeling of not being good enough - coming to Hogwarts after Head Boy Bill and Quidditch Captain Charlie placed a lot of very high expectations on Percy, and he feels he has to work twice as hard as everyone else in order to prove himself worthy. He does have a rather dry sense of humor that he doesn't show very often, except around people he feels comfortable with.
After the war, he's a little more relaxed and willing to see the rules bent, though he still draws the line at actually breaking said rules. However, he's slightly jumpier in new and high-stress situations, and he prefers to sit with his back to a wall, facing the exit in any given room. He also has a mild case of PTSD, with occasional flashbacks and nightmares. However, the relaxation and meditation techniques Audrey is teaching him are helping with that, so they're slowly but surely getting better.

Virgo
This is not a natural sign for Gryffindor, but some Gryffindors do end up born under the influence of Virgo. They are hard workers and usually very bright; they tend to be more ethically obsessed than most. Some Virgo wizards are also sorted into House Gryffindor because of their amazing imaginations; on the surface they may appear straight-laced and almost nervous, but inside is a wealth of romantic yearning and fantastic excitement. They quietly build dream castles in their minds; and the practical influence of the Earth element means that they, unlike more flighty signs, may have some chance of building those dream castles on solid foundations.
