Fuck every single one of my friends who did fuck all to get tickets to this Friday's show. You all knew how important this gig is to us and you still treated it like it was another local fucking sleazy bar job. It's the FUCKING WEBSTER THEATER. Main fucking stage. Dude, look at how many friends of Base2 have been showing up to almost every gig since you guys started. When it comes to that kind of loyalty, we've got Paulette and Chris. And I'm thankful for that.
But I'm not just going to sit back and take it when 90% of my supposed "friends" basically give me the fucking finger and kick me in the face. It's shit. And it fucking hurts.
Maybe I'm being over-sensitive, but that's me.
But seriously, it's easy for you to say "That's life, deal with it" because you guys have had a loyal following from the beginning. And we can't even get our fucking friends out to see us.

Well, this I did not know, so I apologize for my presumptuousness.
I have to ask, though. The friends before that ignored your successes - where are they now? Are they trying to make ammends and come to shows, or are they still as blase as they were before?

And of course you'll be our Merch Girl for life! You were our first official one! I can't wait for you to meet Chrissy. She's doing co-merch this Friday. One of my best and longest friends. I know you guys will get along great!

Also, this Saturday is still on for the dinner party for all you peeps. It'll likely be at Mikey's house, and I'm even going to try my hand at cooking a sauce, so if it comes out right, I'll make some for then too so we have a variety.

Hey kid! Tickets are $10, and I have them on-hand, so whenever you wanna get one, lemme know and we'll meet up. Even if you wanna come to my job (either of them), that's fine. My bosses understand. Heehee.

Show starts at 6:00, but we won't be going on until likeli after 8:00. Which helps.

Lemme know what you wanna do. I'd love to have you there. (And if you've got any friends ::coughseancough:: that would like to come along, please let them know the same deal.

see, my problem is i work friday night til 730, so even if i rushed up to hartford as soon as i got out of work, i'd probably miss you if you go on at 8. but i'll see what i can do about getting the day off, cause i know wendy wanted to go, and she's got no ride
