My mom and Gordon wrote a song for me for Christmas, and framed the lyrics. Definitely the best present I think I could have gotten this year. And it made me cry. My mom even sang it for me, and she's got a terrific voice.

Lanie just brought in a bottle of Coco Chanel for me for Christmas. She remembered me saying a while ago that I wanted a bottle. That really just made my entire week. Total sweetheart.
I smell pretty.

I've only spent one day with this new fax machine, and I've already determined that it will be a fine candidate for some straight-up "Office Space" treatment. Hate modern fucking technology.

I never can understand why he feels the need to treat everyone like dirt, including his family. He never has anything nice to say. My car doors are frozen shut. So I'm taking ten minutes to smoke a cigarette. Because my hands and feet are freezing.
I told Lanie I'd get there when I get there. They aren't coming in, so why should I? Eh, I guess it's okay for me to risk my neck on the roads, but not them. I'd be more inclined to do so if I knew they were putting forth the same

It's snowing outside. Everything looks like an old photograph. I'm not looking forward to the morning drive to work. ::grimace::
