Baby I feel your pain. I'm constantly thinking like that too. Its fucking annoying and in the end you feel like a twat. The only advise I can say is take it one day at a time. When you start to freak out over something, stop, breath and look at it from all angles and go from there. Reading books on Buddhism helped me out too. I constantly feel like an asshead and that i'm ruining peoples lives and that I never can make my mind up, but all you can do is just breath, cry, break some dishes, colour with your kid or even bang on some pots and pans with him. You'll feel better. I promise.
