I was thinking to myself today. And i said self. Myself said hmmm?
and than i began asking....
1. How come hot dogs come in a package of ten. But the hot dog buns come in a package of 8?
2. An ATM machine has brail but how do they expect a blind person to use one...i mean are they just gonna up and read the screen somehow?

answer 2. maybe blind people are more advance than u know and can decipher what to do.
answer 3. because u can get the cap from a friends old soda... or find it. hence, the no purchase act.
