you have to write 'DieseS Buch', 'JedeS Buch' and 'WelcheS Buch', with a 's' in the end, because the word 'Buch' is neuter, it has the article 'das' ;)

It's 'Warum sind alle Lichter kaputt? Sie sind brandneu!' because here, the plural of 'das Licht' is used, and in the German plural, all words have the article 'die', for example: 'Die Buecher', 'Die CDs', 'Diese Bilder' etc.
And to 7): right, you put the s on the wrong spot ;)

Why is it:
