Thats what i have been telling you all. Its only like that a couple times a year on the streets, Canada Day weekend, George street fest, and Mardi Gras. I believe that is halloween weekend

yes. in newfoundland mardi gras is not in march or april, or whereever it really is in the rest of the world. It is halloween. It's like once you hit legal age, halloween officially disapears, and mardi gras it is! lol...oh and DEFIANTLY hit it up next yet...it's even more amazing than the other times they shut down the street.
