ok put it this way, if you locked someone in the cream cheese room at panera, and raped them while on the clock, because u thought they stole a purse from a customer.. and you thought you were talking to a police officer who was telling you to rape this person... the person you raped could sue panera because you them..while on the job!
they deserve to get sued because any company dumb enought to hire someone who would actually believe that the police are on the phone saying bring in your fiance and have him (at the ate of 60) rape the 17 year old.. is out of there mind... that is being rediculous..

ok yeah, but im just thinking like if someone at pasqualis ate a piece of chicken that you personally served them , and they got sick from it and it was proved they were sick from the chicken, they could sue the company for having a dieased chicken,it wouldn't be your fault u didnt put something in that chicken and how would u know personally the chicken was bad.

so that guy could of worked anywhere,why sue mcdonalds personally. it was his fault. not the companys, how did company know the guy was gonna rape ppl ...

ne who, but as a manager you should be able to make better decisions then that, and there not only sueing mc Donalds the people that raped her and locked her in the room because the "police" said so.. are being put in jail.
there mostly sueing mcdonalds because they are accountable for there workers behavior. Like if you were predjudice to a customer, they wouldnt sue you, they would sue panera. because a- they could get more money from suing a company than an indiviual, and also they are the ones that you work for, your a part of panera when you go to work.
