I don't have splenda. I wonder if light brown sugar would work? I need something sweet after the day I've had. I don't care about calories right now.

Sorry if it's already been asked, but there isn't anything to bind it? I've seen the 1 cup pb, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg and it is not too shabby. Have you fixed these? I mean are they crumbly?

what a good idea! A lot of her recipes could be converted, probably except for the ones with bacon grease, lol! She is a southern cook and cracks me up. Nice to meet you, my name is Judy. Glad you said hi, adding you as a friend if that's okay!
