In March John & I decided to rip all the flooring out of the first floor of our house and replace it with tile. We ordered the tile March 31. While taking out the floor in the kitchen we noticed that the cabinets were really bad and thought it was time to get new cabinets. John said I could get the natural hickory that I always wanted. So much stress for one year. There should definitely be some kind of natural law about that, and it should be enforced as mercilessly as the one about gravity.

What is the latest on Pop?

No cabinets. We can definitely relate, though now that they are in I'm not any happier with the damned place.

We really enjoyed spending time with your brother and his wife. It is just a shame we couldn't spend more.

Absolutely to much stress. I'll post about the house remodel & Pop so this reply isn't so long. Pop is okay for now. He has another procedure on Halloween. I'm going to print out your chapters to read while I wait for him to get out of surgery. I haven't been checking lj lately. There's just been too much going on. I'm so glad you replied to my post so I'd know to check. I miss you guys so very much. Damn me for thinking education is so important otherwise I'd go up there and drag you two back home. BTW, Adam's wife Brystal went to the hospital today to give birth to their baby boy. No word yet on if he's arrived. Love you both.
