Despite it being a rather unheard of event, Sirius managed to slide into his seat on time for Transfiguration. Several moments ahead of class start, in fact. Firstly, he didn't really want to lose any more House Points, no matter what cocky things he said. Peter as usual was rushing to class, he'd forget things, curse and leave them behind, in a panic he turned up at the class as normal, and sitting next to Sirius, between Sirius and Remus, as usual he noticed Sirius was not his usual self, but had that mysterious almost wistful look on his face.

Peter tored the edge of parchment and wrote:

Sirius, you're acting odd.

Remus narrowed his eyes, and tapped his wand against his notes so that when he wrote in the margin, it showed on Peter's parchment.

Peter, pay attention... You'll have to know this stuff later, and exams are just a week away!

He tapped his parchment again, so that his writing also showed on Sirius' "notes" (crazed doodles, more like).

Sirius, you were nearly late. Where were you?

It took Siris a moment to respond, as he wasn't looking at his notes. Upon glancing at the freshly created scrawl, however, he immediately scrunched up his lips into a playful pout and wrote so that his words would appear on both the other boys' papers:

I'm offended. I come on time and answer questions and you treat me like I've developed green spots on my face. I haven't, have I?
