Cally wrapped her arm around Mac, groggily letting out a contented sigh. "Morning," she murmured.

"Mmm." Mac smiled sleepily. "G'morning," she returned, automatically shifting a bit closer to the warm body next to her.

Of course, now would be a horrible time for a knock on Mac's door. Which is why, of course, that's what happened.
