I hope you don't go into that darkness again, either. I was there this past January and I wasn't as strong as you were in getting yourself to a hospital. So much respect for you, and for this entry.

I am sorry you have been in that dark place also. There is absolutely nothing fun about it and it is all consuming.

I'm glad you're doing better, and I'm glad you have so many of us(your friends) to be there for you. You're right... I can't imagine what you went through, but I'm glad you got a chance to write about it. This was, of course, very well-written.
