So, the puppy is gone. THANK GOD. It turns out I'm not ready to be a mom (i.e., pet owner). I guess I'm not grown up enough yet. My mom, though, had both of her children already at my age. I still feel like a kid. I still call my dad when the washing machine breaks. How could I possibly be old enough have kids of my own!? And yet, I am.
