Well, I got better at running... BY ONLY FIVE SECONDS! Then again, better than nothing.... Saw "War of the Worlds" today though. Problem was some dumb ass pulled the fire alarm right in the middle of the movie! After that, went to hang out with Candess, as usual. Later on though, Doniven got really irritating and wound up getting the three of them ( Read more... )

Well, last I heard, she weighs about 195. Luckily for her, it doesn't show. Talk about having weight evenly distributed throughout the body. Anyway, I've no idea what a crossbow is. I'm gonna guess that it's like the bowflex, but machines tend to make you lift more than you think. Trust me, I know. On an incline bench, I've enough trouble benching 135, but with the machine, I can hit 195 easily. Another thing, I dont use protein shakes. But I too used to be really skinny.

I always try to start with running. That way I've all the energy I need. It just depends on if there are any treadmills available. After that: Benching, sit ups, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, then whatever else I may have energy for. Running really takes a lot out of me. Odd that the free weights are easier.... How old are the weights? May have eroded so that they feel lighter than they say, but I dont know.
