Company wide meeting - ALL DAY! A lot of boring discussions with a lot of uniteresting topics. The bitch from Seattle came down and whilst I was doing some duties I came back to my desk to discover her Royal Highness sitting in my chair, at my desk, using my computer! Yoga is AWESOME. I have been doing it for 2 months now and I feel a LOT better in ways I'd never imagined!

my wife has been doing for quite a while and swears by it. i couldn't be bothered with it! :P

I tried yoga once. It was just uncomfortable.

p.s. you should put a thumb tac on your seat when you leave.
