Asuka hated to be cramped up in a house for too long. As much as she had grown to love Naruto's company, she was growing rather tired of talking to the same person over and over again. It wasn't his fault - she just grew bored very easily. Having Misa over had reminded her of that. She'd had more fun (despite the distressing topics that were discussed!) then she'd had since her arrival in Old Runewick with the other girl around. She'd laughed, chatted, tried on pretty things... And yelled at Naruto with more anger then she had in a very, very long time. How dare he say that Misa could be wrong! It was so rude and inconsiderate and... and... boyish of him!
So today she had decided to go for a walk. A very long walk. She'd walked from their home down to the main part of town and wondered around the shops for quite some time, trying to decide if she wanted to buy something gorgeous or just window shop for the rest of the day. It was a tough choice as both were extremely fun, but only one kept her wallet full. Eventually, she'd decided to buy a nice new sweater, leaving herself with both urges fulfilled, and headed towards the pub to get something nice and warm to drink.
The winter months had never been quite like this in Tokyo, that was for sure. Cold and snow were both very pleasing to the young girl who had not seen it much since moving away from Germany. She loved snow so greatly - it was so soothing to her nerves though she didn't quite know why. There was just something about having a nice mug of hot cocoa with snow all over the ground that brightened her days. She'd never been inside the pub before so she could only hope they made hot chocolate the way she liked it. She slid into a stool at the bar - one beside a boy that had looked extremely cute from behind and even cuter from the front. She had a thing for black, messy hair and he was just so adorable looking she couldn't help but flail on the inside. Just on the inside though. She had to keep her dignity, after all. Ordering her drink, she glanced sideways at the young man, and then down to his cup, and cleared her throat very gently.
"That looks like a lot of sugar for a little bit of tea."
