I think the only thing I didn't like was this line: “Oh, of course it is, Ronald. Lavender is pretty and popular, of course you’d rather go with her on your arm. I’m just the best friend who’s too busy with her nose stuck in book. I’m not pretty, I’m not popular, of course you’d rather go with her.”

She repeated herself and it wasn't really needed. Other than that, it was wonderful!
