There's lots and lots to do in DC. I think my favorite thing is the Museum of Natural History. There's also the air and space museum, which is cool too. And of course Capitol Hill, the Idiot House (I mean, the White House), and all that good political shit. I don't know much about Baltimore, but from what I hear, it's a fair sized city with stuff to do--try checking out www.baltimore.org to find something there.
