March 26th is my official start date at the Manship Theatre in downtown Baton Rouge. I went in for a few hours last Friday just to meet everyone and fill out some paperwork. My new boss took me to lunch with the other two women I'll be working with. Everyone seems very nice and professional. It also looks like I'll be able to learn a lot in my ( Read more... )

I always want to call you at the most random times. It's either 7AM or 1AM. I always forget about calling loved ones at nice, normal telephone hours (around 7PM).

I miss you and I love you, and I want you to know that you are my hero on so many levels.

Congrats on the new job! I am so happy for you!

Hi
You friended me and my business yesterday eqsportsmassage. Thanks! i was wondering where you got your certification.
I did my preliminary at Equissage and am planning another at Equinology, which is more in depth. In the meantime I'm studying the Masterson Method and Massage awareness at home.
Enjoyed reading your lj.
I'd love to hear from you.

I just recently got my certification from Equissage. I'm just starting out with this, but either way I go with it, I know that it will benefit my own future horses.

Did you enjoy Equissage? I was there in October of last year.
I'm enrolled in both Equinology and TTouch courses this spring in order to add to my knowledge. I feel I can never know enough, though I'm concerned that programs teach a lot of stuff that should be left to veterinarians, and I don't plan on using that information in my practice.
I'm just starting out, too, and finding that I want to know more. My client base is still small.
What have you done in terms of marketing yourself? Has it worked well for you?

Congratulations on your certification. I've put "Call CEO's about Cypress Mulch" on my list of shit to do this week, so hopefully I'll end up doing it when I feel like procrastinating bigger, scarier things (like writing letters home to parents of 3 kids in danger of failing my history class - ugh!)
