T-Told ya chemistry was good for SOMETHING!

I saw a girl on campus today sporting a T-shirt with the following slogan:

"Go Huskies!
Go for the Au!"

Being the chem nerd that I am, I immediately realized that "Au" is the chemical symbol for Gold, and smiled at the pun.

The Question is: I think that the T-shirt is pretty cool. Does that make me a geek? And if so, is that so WRONG? :\
