Our neighbors are such idiots. They got this dog (or dogs, who knows how many they have...) and we think they went out of town and left their dumbass dog/dogs outside. So now we get to hear barking at all hours of the day and night.

That record is awesome!

When I was at school, the people across the path would leave their dogs out all night in the freezing cold. I felt bad for the small, yapping dogs, but it was THE most annoying thing. Especially at 3am.
I won't lie, I contemplated letting them loose more than once.
