Great. So one of my kids was absent all week. I found out yesterday it was because he has this Hand, Foot, Mouth disease (or whatever it's called). I guess if you have it, you get sores all over your mouth and hands, and even your, ahem... special spot, which makes perfect sense because he always had his hand down the front or back of his pants. (

I had a girl with h/f/m a few years ago - granted she was a 4th grader, so the spread factor was probably less than in a K classroom... but the janitor was kind enough to scrub the heck out of the room, and nobody else caught it. :o)

But don't be surprised if you bite your lip in a few weeks and have a sore and freak out. Not that I know anybody who did that... ;o)
