My principal seems to think that I can get my Level II license this year. She wants me to really try because she knows next year I will be too busy with two babies to do it, so I would have to do it the next year. And I was telling her about my class I'm taking and the final project that will be due, and she thinks that I will be able to use that

Is this your third year teaching? I think you need a minimum of 3 years.

When you consider that it is a 25% raise-- a $10,000 raise!-- it would be kind of silly to procrastinate even one year.

It's only my second... so I wondered why would I do it this year too, but maybe I can do my dossier and submit it, then after next year I would move up to level II. I don't know...???
