Isn't the idea of teaching intelligent design, a theory not based on biology or science but based on logic and philosophy in a science class kind of absurd? I'm not mocking the theory but it's place really is in a religion or philosophy class, not a science class. Seriously. Besides, if you compiled a list of websites that mock the Christian faith (or conversely Christian sites that all rediculously hypocritical, my favorite is www.godhatesfags.com) you'd have a list two miles long. Ignore them and they'll go away. Pray for them and they'll stick around.
There are a lot of hypocritical Christians out there, you are correct. But there are also a bunch of hypocritical people the world over, in many religions. I do not support such things as bashing homosexuals.... I believe you and I would be in agreeance that what those people are doing is wrong and absurd.
If you believe intelligent design is based only upon logic and philosophy, I encourage you to read "Case for a Creator" by Lee Strobel. It looks upon the scientific evidence of both evolution and creation. If you are truly interested in this topic, genuinely seeking facts, than you will be interested. If you are only here to bash my comments... well, there is nothing I can say to you that you will actually listen to me.
