hey girli...i'm not sure why it's so picky. i love my new pic. it's amazing.
but hey, i found a site where you have all the information needed to do your boater safety course, and you can complete it in your own free time. so um...here's the site...and i'll save it just in case.

now, i just found out that you dont even need to take boater safety, as long as you are 16, but it'd be really smart to just to be safe!!!
