Adam, I am so sorry about you not getting that internship. I know that so many times things happen that we don't like or understand. It sucks. Hard core.
Dad is (or already has) going to talk to you about maybe being a helper down at church camp. Maybe that would be a good opportunity to share your Christian thoughts with other people. I don't know.
I will be praying for you and you can call me anytime.
I'm serious. Absolutely any time. Even the middle of the night.

yeah, I remember that day that Spieker told you that. I don't think you ever realized that before. *smile of remembering* You try so hard to do everything well. You need to realize that it is okay to ask for help. There are people who care about you more than you know.

You sound so depressed... I think it is because you are telling yourself things that you don't believe. You don't truely believe life should be like this.

You also sound exhausted. Get some sleep before finals.

You don't have to spend all summer flipping burgers. You could work with me; I'm probably getting a job at Western Wats so that I have enough dinero to pay for my classes up at the college.

Yes, Wayne sucks (check out the song by Same Old Crap entitled "Wayne Sucks" and it proves my point), but your family is here, and from what I have seen, your family is a hell of a lot closer than mine and easier to get along with.
