first im glad to say that michael is gone because he was creepy...someone made up the excuse that "oh, he is european" so that makes it okay when he tries to kiss a woman who is married? and anyway he's european???? i thought he was from the oc? weird

what time you go to sleep? if i see ever have the pain of seeing 11 o clock on my clock i make myself get up earlier.

i normally don't get 'tired' until around 4 or 5 am and then i only sleep for like two or three hours and if i try to go back to sleep i wake up every 15 minutes to half an hour...today i am hoping ive broken out of my latest funk, i slept for more than five hours straight....

the only effective solution so far has been alcohol...even over exercising didnt work, it just made me more groggy...
