There is also an elusive antiform. Just hope you never have it during a boss fight, as it sucks. Its good against regular baddies tho, or so I've heard. Good luck buddy, I hope ya beat him.

I have hit it a few times, and there is nothing good about it. Can't heal, cant collect items, SUPER low attack, although you do attack so many fucking times it balances out. It has helped once, the rest of the times, its gotten me killed except twice. In the last few boss battles when its hit, I have just ran around, but a few times its still gotten me waxed.
