settled into SE22 quite nicely. moved on saturday morning at 9am amidst arguments that all my stuff wouldn't fit into one car (said my dad; i said it so would), then sped south of the river and got here, moved in (in one journey, i'm a winner) and said goodbyes in under 40 mins. since then the sorting of the stuff has been a little slow and half-

October is my favourite too! I'm so excited. I wore wool tights for the first time this year and kicked at the teeniest tiniest pile of leaves on my way to the bus.

I also desperately need to learn to cook something that isn't noodle stir fry OR chocolate cupcakes. They are the only two things I can conjour up in the kitchen.

Glad you're settling in nicely. I think London is suiting me ok - I've mastered the tube, I've got drunk & found my way home again .. now I just need someone to give me a job and I'll be sorted ! xx
