Oooh, offers of employment in TKD?? That's very intriguing indeed, but yes, it'd have to be a well organized outfit or I can see you tearing your hair out... unless of course, by being actually employed, you could do something about it.

It is a very intriguing offer. They do pay me for what I do part time now, but being full time would certainly put things in a different place as far as both pay level and the amount of say I'd have in the day-to-day running of things. But... yes, their overall lack of organization and tendency to kludge things rather than getting systems in place is a major source of hesitation for me. It was a little more workable when they were just one location and everyone could be more hands on, catch things before it became a big problem, but at this point if they don't get some better organization in place things are going to start falling apart. I'm not sure I want to be dealing with that every day. Hard to think about quitting entirely, though, when I've enjoyed teaching so much.
