Got the chance to sit down and talk with the karate school's owner a few days ago about the fact that I'm not going to be continuing training, at least in the near future (not unexpected at this point, given my accumulation of injuries and the need to deal with that before pushing myself more

Ooh, those photos are all so nice! Framed very well, indeed. I love how you've filled the frames with the sleepy faces and then offset some of the flowers (the pink stripey tulips especially). Best of all, there is a smiley face in that first flower pic. XDDDD

Oooh, offers of employment in TKD?? That's very intriguing indeed, but yes, it'd have to be a well organized outfit or I can see you tearing your hair out... unless of course, by being actually employed, you could do something about it.

Thank you! :D And ahahaha, I hadn't even noticed the face in the flower, but now I can't unsee it. It's kind of a crazy-eyed smiley. XD

It is a very intriguing offer. They do pay me for what I do part time now, but being full time would certainly put things in a different place as far as both pay level and the amount of say I'd have in the day-to-day running of things. But... yes, their overall lack of organization and tendency to kludge things rather than getting systems in place is a major source of hesitation for me. It was a little more workable when they were just one location and everyone could be more hands on, catch things before it became a big problem, but at this point if they don't get some better organization in place things are going to start falling apart. I'm not sure I want to be dealing with that every day. Hard to think about quitting entirely, though, when I've enjoyed teaching so much.
