I think my friend (YES I AM TALKING ABOUT YOU STEVE) is about to play Umineko, so let's make a list of THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT UMINEKO BEFORE PLAYING IT (spoiler free version).

1. The first few hours are boring and lame. Deal with it.
2. Episode 7 is the best. If nothing else, hold out for that.
3. Don't break the maids.

It gets really, really good at Episode 3.

Basically every romance is good, even the ones that get about fifteen to two minutes of screentime, except for Battler's cousins.

I managed to finally get episodes 1-4 and have just finished applying the English patch. I probably won't start in until the weekend though; I'm honestly kind of exhausted lately and I think I wouldn't be able to give a VN the attention it really deserves. So, gonna wait until I'm well rested and relaxed.

And if the maids have boobies, I cannot make any promises. Boooooooooooobiiieeeeeeeeeeeeees <3

I see this series is made by the same group that made Higurashi? Funny, that's actually the other series that I've been somewhat intrigued by lately...
