Wow this work out stuff is hard to do. Everyone has a theory but I am hard pressed to know the best.
- I don't have hours a week to devote to the gym so I am on the 3 - 4 time a week cardio & high weights/low reps plan
- For the first time ever I have a trainer... I get the feeling that I know more than he does. He's a nice guy but I have shoes older
