It's been a while since I significantly changed up my armor.  I admit that I tinker and fix rather than design around a period and follow through.  For all of my SCA career fighting has been 99% sport.  Getting protection that was somewhat period looking was a necessary evil.  I'm hoping to turn that around to be protective, allow me to move as
