My aides time with me is very limited. My supervisor came to observe my class (my aide) yesterday and was shocked at what she saw. She very quickly noticed that he was doing everything that I had asked him not to do and then some. Needless to say she has some major concerns as to his "fit" into my classroom. Later in the day I received a phone call
