Will the dream be solved when it starts with "Charlotte" and ends with "Megan"?

Is there really a solution?

Can the Cage or Megan or anything be even remotely similar in reality, or would a dream vision have to be misleading and false?

This cage reminds me of a certain house...

Surely there is truth in the dream. All I know that the answer is in "circles", so before I know the truth, everything will reverse itself. I'm not even sure what the big question of the dream is: the true nature of "Megan"? The connection between "Megan" and "Charlotte"? The floor plan of the Hall? I guess you're right that it is like a certain house.
