When I really really really want chips and dip, I get a small bag of baked lays and make my own dip with fat free sour cream. I limit myself just to that small bag of baked lays. It helps with the craving, but limits the amount I have.
also? bake your own chips. if you have a slicer, that makes it a lot easier. just slice 'em up and season 'em how you want...I use a little olive oil and creole/cajun seasoning, then I bake 'em for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees. I find that if you season them how you like them, it lessens the need for dip. but that's just how I like it. ^_^
