shows i'm looking forward to (jan-feb)

Here's what I'm looking forward to watching on tv in the new few weeks:

5. Survivor: Heroes vs Villains (Feb 11)

The last all-stars, Fans vs Favorites was so good.  So I'm hoping this one will not disappoint.  I'm especially looking forward to seeing Courtney being her miserable snarky self and Cirie & Parvati being evil masterminds.

4. Community, Parks & Recreation, Modern Family (already back)

Okay, so technically these shows have already returned.  But let's just pretend I made this list on January 1st or something.  Over the xmas holidays I found myself really missing these 3 shows.  They made me laugh, and I actually like most of the characters on these shows (normally I hate 80% of the cast of a show)  P.S. I didn't include a Modern Family cast pic because 1) I couldn't find a good one b) I can't fit 3 pics in 1 row.

3. Skins (Jan 28)

I used to watch so many shows featuring kids in high school.  Now, I believe it's just down to Skins & 10 Things I Hate About you. There's a special place in my heart for dumb kids doing dumb things and the drama that occurs.  Also, the theme song is cute, and I like the bright colors they use. It's such a contrast from the dark subject matter the show often features.  Plus, I love how after I watch a British show, I think with a British accent for a little while.  Like right now as I'm reading what I'm writing.  It's with a British accent. Cheers, mate!

2. 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver (Feb 12)

I'm not really big into sports, but I like championships.  It's like the best of the best.  So of course I love the Olympics because it's like 16 days of championships.  I'm especially looking forward to figure skating, hockey, snowboarding, and skiing.  I'm also a sucker for those backstories on the athletes. Not just the sob stories about overcoming adversities.  But like, bitter rivalries between competitors.

1. Lost (Feb 2)

It's the final season.  All questions will be answered! Or not.  Whatever, I'll take what I can get.   But this final season should be pretty damn good because the writers have had 3 seasons to prepare.

P.S. When I set my mood to "thirsty" and Brittany Murphy popped up thanks to my amazing Clueless mood theme, it made me sad :(
